A UNIQUE, HOMELY PICNIC SITE ON THE SLOPES OF THE NGONG HILLS

Susan WamÅ©ciá¿– intended her home to be shared with you! Bring a picnic and enjoy the fresh air, trees, flowers and birds as you eat – and make sure to sample one of WamÅ©ciá¿–’s homemade scones with guava jam!

Less than an hours drive from Karen, WamÅ©ciá¿–’s home welcomes you to spend some quality time with friends and family, away from the hustle of city life in a place where you can just unwind and enjoy nature.

You can relax on the grass, play badminton or take a walk up the hills (One and a half hours to the nearest peak). There’s plenty of space for the children to play and different activities for them such as crafts or art work.

In cold weather, you can huddle round the fire and listen to WamÅ©ciá¿–’s stories.

Barbeque and cooking utensils are available for hire. And there are organic vegetables, kienyeji eggs and wooden toys on sale.

If you need a longer break and some real hiking, spend a night or two camping under the starry sky. Tents and mattresses are available.
